PaySafeCard
The BAWAG P.S.K. bank issues
and administers paysafecard as legal tender in Austria, while it
is issued in Germany by the Commerzbank AG.
With paysafecard, you can
pay at more than 2,000 online shops that sell tickets, books, ring
tones, games and a lot more. Paysafecards can be purchased at values
of 10, 25, 50, and 100 EUR. If the grand total of your payments
exceeds your card credit, you can easily pay the remaining debit
using the next paysafecard. For a single payment, you can combine
up to ten paysafecards which allows you to use up a residual credit
on your current paysafecard.
The common characteristics
of all three versions are the unique, 16-digit PIN, the serial number,
the manufacturing date, and the value. Paysafecard is Europe's first
prepaid card for Internet payments that has been approved by banking
supervision authorities.
